Standard application: EUR 35
Student / Early-Career application: EUR 20
Applicants using the reduced-fee category must upload valid proof of student or graduation status with their application.
The application fee must be transferred to only one of the accounts below. Applicants paying in Turkish lira from Türkiye should use the TRY Account. Payments in euros and international transfers should be made to the EUR Account.
For payments in Turkish lira, the EUR foreign-exchange selling rate published by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye on the payment date will apply. If no rate is published on that date, the rate from the preceding business day will be used.

The payment reference must include the applicant’s full name followed by “FN2027.”
All bank, transfer, SWIFT and currency-conversion charges are the applicant’s responsibility. For international transfers, applicants should select the OUR charge option where available and ensure that the application fee reaches the account in full.
The payment receipt must be uploaded to the relevant field in the application form. Applications with incomplete or unidentified payments will not be evaluated.
Application fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
